The following are documents we need from you.

Last 2 years w2's

Last 2 years tax returns all pages all schedules

Last 2 months bank statements all pages

Copy of you most recent retirement statements all pages

Copy of your Drivers License and Social Security Card

Signed loan disclosures

Executed earnest money contract

Insurance agents name and number for new home

Also, please note that ALL PAGES means the underwriter needs all pages of a document. For example, if your account statement says “PAGE 1 OF 3”, then pages 1, 2, and 3 should be provided. Online statements are permitted as long as they include: your name, the bank’s name & address, the full account number, the type of account, current balance, & 30 day history.

If you choose to mail in documents, please do not staple.
